Question on Cystoprotek....

Can this be taken with Elmiron? What exactly does cystoprotek do? I've heard of it, but haven't learned much of what to expect with it. Right now, I'm on Elmiron 3x a day and Atarax 1x a day.

Hello :) I take both Cystoprotek and Elmiron. I think that the manufacturers of Cystoprotek recommend a lower dosage if you are already taking Elmiron. It contains natural ingredients that are thought to replenish the lining of the bladder. It can take several months to kick in. I've been taking it since August of 2008 and find that it helps.
