peanut butter

although I have been following the IC diet and am still fairly new at this, I don't see any info in the diet section on peanut butter. I know peanuts can aggravate symptoms, but somewhere in this forum I read some members were able to eat Reese's white chocolate peanut butter cups. Has peanut butter affected anyone's IC symptoms? It's a good source of protein....

Some are bothered by peanuts. I love peanutbutter & have made cashew butter in place of peanuts. Just grind them with a little veg oil to spreading consistency. Ymmm

I don't find it flares me. (I don't think). I guess I would know if it did, because something else like pop or tomatoes can put me in bed!
