Hey All,
I am from Springfield, MO and would love an opportunity to have an informal group meet sometime. We could always go to the middle of the state for travels sake. It is so hard to talk with friends that have no idea of what we deal with. Their response is "oh yeah, I had a bladder infection one time, it was awful", end of concern. Sometimes it is just too hard to explain why you have to cancel lunch plans you made that morning because you happen to have a flare or some issue with IC. They just don't get it. Oh well, glad you all are here.

Hi...I also live in Misery.... :) I just moved to Columbia, not too far from Kansas City... :idea: Maybe we could set up a meeting or something.
I totally know what it feels like for friends/family to just blow my IC off....At least that's what it feels like....
