Shopping for new Part D provider

The government medicare site is SO hard to navigate. I hear that they have an application that can search for what companies in your state cover your list of drugs.

Can't find it. Has anyone else gone through this?

The company I'm with has been punking out on me lately; raising co-pays and refusing one of my meds.

Does the government site have an app for this? Anybody know?
