I had endo and bowel adhesions removed april 1st, I am having just as much pain as before the surgery and I am having pain when trying to go to the bathroom, i am worried the bowel adhesions are back. What can I do to prevent the endo and adhesions from returning???

I'm sorry this is happening to you, but I don't know of anything to prevent recurrance other than using caution and following doctor's orders after surgery.

Dear Katie -

Sorry you are going through such a terrible time. You are too young for so many problems.

Have you had your bladder ulcers lasered off? If not, you might want to ask your uro about doing that.

Also, I wanted to know if you are on continuous birth control pills. If not, you might find some relief with those.

Hope this information is helpful to you.

BTW - Your mailbox is full and I wasn't able to PM you.
You might want to empty it.

Is it possible that you just haven't healed up from the surgery yet? I think it would be too soon for the adhesions to be back already. Did your doctor put in anything to deter the adhesions from returning?

I am taking BC pills continuous, i just started this month. It is possible that I am not healed yet... It is frustrating because I have so much pain and many different types of pains, sharp, dull, aches, throbs, burning, etc. and all in my pelvic/vaginal/stomach area so its so hard to know what is what.
