Anyone can eat pizza? I get Papa John's White Pizza, Sbarro White Pizza or CPK White Pizza. I wonder if Pizza Hut or Domino's makes white pizza? I tried the Lean Cuisine White Pizza but it made me get a flare. :(

We eat pizza about twice a month. I just order it without tomato sauce. It's actually very good. My family likes it that way too.

I swear my Papa John's stopped making a white pizza. So I just order a pizza w/o the sauce.

I needed to eat something last night in order to take my antibiotic and pain med, but couldn't stand up long enough to make my usual rice stuff or homemade soup, so I took a risk and ate a French bread pizza.... just one piece. I thought it might be safe because there's actually almost no sauce on it, mostly just bread and cheese. I did get a little increase in pain afterward, but not too bad, not like a couple of weeks ago when I was first testing the diet thing and ate one small roma tomato w/ no dressing. Or maybe it was that I'm in so much pain from something else I'm dealing with this weekend that it paled in comparison.

I keep seeing refernces on these boards to "white pizza," which I'd never heard of before. Is that just pizza sans sauce?

White pizza usually has some kind of white sauce instead of tomato sauce. I personally prefer pizza without sauce.

Papa Johns has Spinach Alfredo. I think that's a new pizza that they have which has no tomato sauce.

I eat Papa John's whole wheat crust pizza with just cheese and veggies, no sauce. It is pretty tasty! I make a red pepper sauce to dip my pizza in though. I miss my sauce.

I don't like white pizza and cannot tolerate restaurant pizza. If anything I like less cheese more sauce lol! Before IC I would order my pizzas with little or no cheese! But I have found some plain cheese frozen thin crust pizzas (like Brick Oven brand, one example) that have light cheese and minimal tomato sauce that I can tolerate. I top them with my own fresh veggies and I really prefer them much more than I ever did restaurant pizza...much less salty and much less fat!:) It was trial and error finding a frozen pizza that I can tolerate, and yep I suffered a bit with some failures, but now have found a few brands that I am ok with :), but still I try to eat them only on very good bladder days.
