weird period symptom

During my last 2 periods I have had weird symptoms. The first 2 days I get pressure on my urethra and a pelvic heaviness much like giving birth, I feel like something is going to fall out of me. Gyn ruled out prolapse with exam and ultrasound and cleared me from a gyn standpoint. They said if I do have IC (have not been diagnosed yet) that could be causing it. Anybody else experience anything like this?

Unfortunately that is a side effect of IC... I get it often when I am in a super bad flare. Sorry, it is probably one of the worst feelings in the world. :mad:

I have that symptom. My doc is giving me exploratory surgery and suspects endometriosis. If not, for me I am thinking pudenal nerve pain. But I guess it could just be IC. I think physical therapy is supposed to work. Mine happens at the same time. Periods and sometimes during and through ovulation. It hurts and it feels like I am in early labor.

I have that too. I thought it was just bad period cramps or that something else was wrong with me. I learned it was ANOTHER IC symptom. I have never had a baby but this pain could compair, I have been told.
