debzx...:hi:

So sorry that you found out you have IC. It is never good news to us. I can't wait for the day when there are no more "newbies" because they have found the cause and cure.

I think you can order Prelief off this site from the IC Store.

UTIs come out of nowhere without warning for me. My doctor says I am highly susceptible to them. :( I think that a lot of us are.

:hi: and:welcome: glad you found us, but sorry you have IC. You will find a lot of information on these boards, and lots of support. I know it is all new and confusing when first diagnosed, and I think it takes a while for everything to sink in. You can always PM me and be glad to help you out in any way I can. Once again welcoming hugs Iris.:grouphug:

I'm also sorry that you are now comfirmed with IC, but it's better to know than to still be worrying about what you have.

The Patient Handbook at http://www.ic-network.com/handbook/ has a lot of helpful information --- and there's also a drug glossary, which tells you what the various medications are called in several countries.

If you scroll to the top of this page and click on the Prelief logo, you'll find how to order it on line. They do send out samples in the US --- hopefully they will send them to the UK as well.

sending warm healing thoughts,
Donna
