Hi-
I was thinking of doing Dex with my Pain Md and he brought up a good point. Dex is a vasoconstrictor, and our poor privates need blood flow. He felt this med for me would slow the flow to an area already deprived.
Why is this interesting? I took an decongestant, which I knew would make my bladder crabby, but my PT noted my labia were actually PURPLE! Decongestants are vasoconstrictors as well.....Hmmmmmm.....
SO if you try it....maybe take a peak and make sure your lady parts are nice and pink and as my PT says- Make sure the vagina is breathing!:smile tee
