I have recently been waking up with a sweaty lower half of my body. Usually, I am a cold natured person so this is a bit weird. I thought it was my comforter but now that it has been replaced, I'm thinking it's me. Also, I asked hubby if he was warm at all (he's typical the first to get very warm) but he's been comfortable.

It's a weird sweat as it's not my entire body and most inbetween my legs.

Anyone else??

I have IC but I'm blessed with not having to deal with the urgency and frequency at this point. If I watch my diet, I'm usually feeling fine.

Thanks for any input you may have on this issue!

Could this be hormonal in nature? The only reason I mention it is to ask if you are at the age where you might be menopausal? I began going through the process at age 39 and did have some sweating issues. Not a great deal to be bothersome, but still it was there.

Could it be medication related???

Have you mentioned this to your doctor, either uro or gyno? If not, you probably should consider doing so. One of them or both might be able to come up with a reason.

I just thought of something. Do you wear pj bottoms when you sleep? Since it is beginning to warm up, I usually find myself not using the bed covers over the top of my body but still on the bottom half. I do wear pj bottoms and sometimes end up removing them in the middle of the night because I am just too warm. Could this be the cause. :hmm:

BTW...:welcome: to the ICN...:)

I have the same issue, it started recently and alternates with drenching full body sweats at night. For me, it's menopause...
