Urgency-Main Symptom

I've read so many posts discussing various symptoms and I'm wondering two things:

One, do any of you have mostly the urgency symptom? For me, everytime I go to the bathroom, I get done but I still feel like I have to go bad. It's so annoying and bothersome. I don't have pain in my abdomen but lots of pain down below and constantly feeling like if I don't squeeze, I will pee all over!

Two, if you do share this same main symptom, have you found anything that helps? Baking soda helps me a little but I thought maybe there were other self-help suggestions. Thank you and God Bless.

I usually only have urgency bad if I am having a flare, otherwise that is not a big symptom for me.:)

I definately would say urgency is my number one symptom. It sucks!

Mine is off and on, My bladder has a mind of it's own.

I have urgency no matter what. When I stand up, I feel urgency, when I lay down, when I sneeze........

I consider myself in a flare when pain is added to the urgency. If I have a day without pain, and only urgency, I'm doing good!

I guess my main symptom is frequency,except during these damn bladder infections it is mostly urgency then secondly frequency.

Today was so bad!! I do have a bladder infection right now ...I was out shopping with my daughters and I had to go so bad ...I had to hold it cuz no bathroom in the store:mad: so I had to drive to a Papa Ginos down the street to use the bathroom...it seemed like an hour went by...I had to go SOOOOO bad:( I really thought I was going too pee my pants right there as I was driving...Im practically in tears crying...saying "God,please let me make it to the bathroom!!"...im holding my stomach saying ,
"Oh no I dont think I can make it"...here is my 8 y.o. saying,..."mommy,just think to yourself,"I can do it,I can do it"...
I just barely made it."PHEWWW !!! "I felt like screaming it out loud!!!It was awfil,my bladder was killing me!!!

I hate knowing I have to hold it-I usually make sure about the bathroom situation before going anywhere. That was terribly cute of your daughter to say that!
