Does Urelle work for nocturia and frequency? That is my main complaint. Feeling like I always have to go and my bladder is never fully emptied. Even though I believe it is and I never have a problem with "flow". I am seeing my GP tomorrow and I would like to ask for some. I have the uro/gyno soon but not soon enough!

This is my main problem. Did you ever get the answer you needed or have you tried this?

I have been on Prosed DS for about 3 years or so now. Prosed DS is similar to Urelle. I can't really say that it helps with nocturia as much as it helps with the urgency that I used to get if I had to hold my bladder for any length of time. For me Prosed DS was able to pretty much eliminate the spasms I would suffer when I didn't empty within a few minutes which sent my bladder into spasms which of course made it harder to be able to void completely if at all. I still get up a few times during the night, but I am able to empty and go back to sleep "most of the time". The main time I can see a difference in being on Prosed DS is during the day. I can go up to several hours with not needing to go to the bathroom. My doctor and I feel that with the medicine and the fact that I am staying busy which gives my mind something else to think about is the likely reason I have better results during the day. At night or even times when I am "napping" my body is relaxed, so the urge to void is more noticable.

As we all know we are all different. I tried to go off of Prosed DS for a couple of months just to see how I do and I found that it didn't take long before I felt the urge to void more often than when I was on Prosed DS. Plus when I am on Prosed DS, there have been many times that I have gone on a car trip for at least 4 hours and never have to quickly find a bathroom. I haven't had had that benefit in well over 10 years plus!
