:help: I have a question. My only symptom I really have is frequency. I have pelvic floor dysfunction, so I get muscle pain as well. But through PT, I'm doing much better with that. My frequency is still through the roof. What usually helps for frequency? I'm taking Aloe and Cystoprotek. I just started taking Nortriptyline (like Elavil). Is there anything else that usually helps frequency? I'm not very food sensitive, but my frequency is really bad all day and night. I have to go every 15 minutes :bonk:, although I try to hold it longer than that.
Thanks!

I don't have pain, just frequency too. I think that the Elavil does help. I take 75mg daily. I don't really have an answer for you, but I feel your pain. Just in the last couple of days, I've been unable to fall asleep because of this frequency. I think that I have PFD too. But there is no one around where I live that is good (so my doc says) Celebrex has worked for me. And try 1/2 tsp baking soda and water. The weird thing is that it seems that they don't work 100% of the time. Its stupid and frustrating. I really hope you find something that works for you. When you void, does the gotta go feeling go away? I always feel like I am not getting it all out of me.
