Are all types of string cheese ok for IC? I found some Organic Valley Colby "stringles" that are pretty tasty.

I buy Frigo string cheese and it's not a problem for me.

I do well with string cheese. I usually buy Bordens.

I've only had the mozerella string cheese, but have tried several different brands including a store brand and have done fine.

Read the package labels. Some have vinegar in them & I'd avoid those...

String cheese is a staple in our house. I get them from Costco. They come in bags of 48 for less than $8.00! The small packages at the regular grocery store are SO expensive in comparison!

I also love string cheese, only the mozzarella and usually what I find cheaper. Haven't had any of them cause a problem. Wishing I had a Costco nearby though!! They are costly, I read somewhere to just buy a block of mozzarella and cut your own as a money saver idea. Might be worth try.
