Total time takes about an hr. I made this last night for a friend she came over with the kids and i wanted to have something we could all mutually eat and a large amount of.

Ill call it
Creamy Chicken

u will need

3 breasts of chicken.
1 large zuccini (or as much as u like)
1 fresh stalk of broccoli(or as much as u like)
Mushrooms i use a lot i love them!!
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup of half and half
1 cup of parm cheese
1 - 2 table spoons of oregano
1 - 2 table spoons of parsley
1/2 cup of water
1 tble spoon of canola oil
mozzerella shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups uncooked rotini noodles (these r my favorite)

The sauce is kinda like an alfredo sauce but i had more water to it for the sake of soking into the noodles while it baked to tases more like a light cream sauce then an alfredo sauce to me.

First

Boil water with noodles
in frying pan add vegies and chicken 2 gloves of garlic the oil and fry until chicken is done. i like to wait a little b4 putting in the veggies because they are also going to bake in the oven. when almost done cooking add in the herbs and i use kosher salt. (reg salt is fine) just to taste as as much as u feel it needs.

Sauce

i use a magic bullet( for blending ) takes 1 second and cleans up really fast

add half and half 2 cloves of garlic 1 /2 cup of water, parm cheese and u can add a smidge more of oregano and parsley in it if u want. Tap the magic bullet twice just to blend it down and ur done.

Baking

Place past , meat and veggies in a BIG baking pan (this turned out to be a lot of food enough for at least 4 people having desent servings) poor sauce over everything stir together then bake.

Important

make sure every 7-10 minutes u r stiring the bake the cream sauce gets thick and u want that to spread the love around all over everything :smile tee..

After the 3rd stir add mozzerrela cheese as much as u desire over the entire thing let it melt and its done take out and serve

P.S its a little Heavy but very healthy,, since living the lifestyle i use as many veggies in dishes as i can together to get the full nutrients out of each meal.

Hope u all enjoy.. My friend was very suprised she loved it. SO was I, only took an hr and looks like it took all day!! I am a huge fan of those hamburger helper meals and wish i could still make them well WE CAN,, all from scratch. I hope to be inventing more of these ideas later down the road :)

Sounds very yummy...thanks for sharing, I love casserole/one dish type meals I can tolerate garrlic and many others can too, but it might be a maybe for some.
Do you think recipe coud be made with just mozzarella cheese subbed for the parmesan (as I am not a fan of parmesan) and with milk rather than half and half???

Wow! I'll definitely have to make this (substituting mozzarella for 3/4 the parmesan - too much parmesan & I flare, but I can handle a little bit)!
Thanks for posting:)

mazzerella would b fine same with milk,, i mianly use lactaid cause of the ibs.. mayb even sprinkle a little feta cheese on it that would b good for extra flavor

mayb the parm is adding to my pressure and urgency idk

but i been feeling pressure and urgency more so then usual..as of today, then i noticed my mother made fried potatoes and used vegitable oil.. PURE SOYBEAN OIL is what it should b called .. man the discomfort.....
