Post Tibial Nerve Stimulation

Has anyone every had/tried the post tibial nerve stimulation? I am set to start getting it once a week for 6 week on Wednesday and am apprehensive...of course. As we all are with any new treatment. I just wanted to know if anyone has tried it and had good results? Or bad ones? I must admit I am excited about the possibility of imporvement in my symptoms. I have been house bound for weeks and I am going a little nuts...:)

Please tell us if this helped you. It would great if it did and then there was someway we could learn to do it ourselves at home. What a good deal that would be and such a blessing for those of us who just do not want to feel this burning pain anymore.

For me it did not produce the results that most would hope for BUT I must say I think everyone suffering from frequency/urg should give it a shot.
It was by far the least invasive, least painful treatment I have gone through in this battle with IC. I know it has helped many people so give it a shot.
You never will know if it works for you unless you try!!!
