I found fat free butter! :woohoo: Fat free butter!! :woohoo: Did I mention fat free butter?? :smile tee It is also calorie free. :woohoo: It's that spray on butter. haven't tried it yet so not sure if it will taste like butter or just salt. Tried butterbuds or something and that was just all salt but if it does taste like salt it will work great on popcorn! :woohoo: No more cardboard popcorn! Bought 2 of the snack packs. Store had a sale on them so only a few left to choose from. The other spaces were empty so have no clue what other snack packs there were but managed to find 2 that didn't have the bad fat in them. Still had fat but I dn't know what from becuase nothing listed in the fat catagory. Just that they had 2 grams of fat. But at least I can snack on those while watching tv at night. Need something to snack on at 8:00 pm and figured better those then M&M's. I do love my M&M's but lots of fat in those. NO FAT BUTTER!! :woohoo: Anyone else get excited over no fat butter? I almost started yelling in the butter isle. Hey, I found no fat butter. I can eat popcorn now but I controled myself. ALready have the guys in white suits following me. Just waiting for a chance to scoop me away.

Mary...Have you seen Molly McButter in your grocery? I think it can be found where the spices are. It has been a long time since I bought it last, but I think it is fat free, also. Anyway, I have used that and like it a lot, especially on vegetables.

I use the spray daily on toast. It's also good on baked potatoes, steamed veggies. or anything else you normally would put butter on.

If you read the label, are all the ingredients IC-friendly? I looked through the whole refrig. case trying to find a healthy butter w/ only IC friendly ingredients & all I found was Land O Lakes Butter with Canola.

Sharon, I will see if they still have Molly Mcbutter. What ever happened to the commercials for it?

Kadi, I don't know what the ingredients are. Never had a problem with butter IC wise. Just having problem with cholesterol so that's why I need fat free butter.
