Incontinence?

I know this may be an embarrassing subject for some, but I am so used to discussing my bladder now nothing bothers me! I have been suffering symptoms of frequency, urgency, pressure in my bladder, etc. for the last month. My doc is currently treating me for OAB, and I'm not sure the meds are working.

I had one episode of incontinence a week ago after I got out of a warm bath. My bladder seemed to just spontaneously release without me knowing it. Since then, no problems. I can hold it very well during the day even though I always have that "feeling" of needing to go. Last night I took a bath again, and after I got out I felt some leakage. Does anyone with IC experience this? I am thinking my bladder was finally relaxed after being in the warm water. Should I consider this a sign that I have OAB? Just wondering if some with IC experience this as well. I am going to my uro tomorrow and want to come prepared with as much info as possible.

I think very possibly it's just a sign that the warm bath is relaxing those muscles. As long as it's not happening at other times, I don't see it as a problem. I would suggest you mention this to your uro, however.
