Period After Cysto/Hydro

Did anyone experience a late period after their cystoscopy/hydrodistension?

I had my procedure on 2/27....period due on the 2nd, and here it is the 9th and nothing is happening...i don't even have PMS symptoms anywhere in sight.

They gave me a pregnancy test before the procedure which was negative. I haven't taken a pregnancy test since, and haven't been alarmed about it because hubby and i have been struggling with infertility issues for six years. I guess i should take one to be sure, but wasn't sure if it was normal.

my period always is late after a hydro. i was due for one the DAY of my last hydro & didnt get it till about 5-6 days later. i think our bodies get so out of whack from the meds/anesthias, stress that it messes with our cycle.

BUT....just to be on the safe side....go ahead & take a test...!!
