I don't know if this is a normal reaction from your bladder but yesterday I got a strong urge to pee like 3 hours before I was able to go to the bathroom, was on my way to the dentist and really had no where to go, and on my way home, both of the top of my legs to my knees go numb and then my bladder goes numb, which made it difficult to drive. The numbness went away after I went to the bathroom. I can't say I have ever had that happen to me with my past problems.

Wow that is really odd.. Sounds like something to do with the nerves.. I would bring this up to your Dr!!

I'm going to go see my urologist in about a week, yea I will tell him, along with ten thousand other complaints.
It could be something to do with my nerves I guess, I've had quite a few surgeries in the past. Sometimes it feels like I have some kind of nerve disease through my entire body, but it's just my fibro I guess.
It was really no big deal though except it being a bit difficult to drive when both my legs went numb.

Thank you.
I'm doing really well now so even if he doesn't do a darn thing, it'll be okay.

My doctor said everything going on was probably because of my IC. I told him too how I pee and get up off the toilet thinking I'm done, only to still be peeing. He didn't seem to think that was odd, but I think it is. And my skin was jumping in bed last night. What is that, some type of weird spasm?

It sounds like you may be under a lot of stress.
One thing you can try after you urinate is to stand up part way, then sit back down. Sometimes that helps.

Me or my bladder????
I am under no stress well except that I am worried about this new diuretic the doctor put me on as having the potential of being fatal and my health issues do get on my nerves, but life in general, you have to love it. I am what you call a stress AVOIDER...... I will do whatever means necessary to keep it out of my life.
I just cannot feel myself peeing anymore and get up but it's still coming out of me. I'll try that next time I pee. But the way I usually feel it after I get up is from it dribbling all over my legs.

I truly hope you find some answers soon!
Good luck to you!

I've had enough surgeries that it could be a possibility but something helped because I don't have daytime frequency or urgency anymore. :woohoo:
