Brat,

Thanks for the update. I hope all is going well in the process. I'll be praying for your pain to ease up. I certainly can identify with that type of pain as I live with it daily. Hang in there.

Hi Brat! I hope you're doing ok... I know how it is when they've got your house torn up for construction. My husband and I are thinking of enclosing our car port to make a big sunken living room... but I have been hesitating because I am not looking forward to the mess and the hassle!!

I hope you are feeling good throughout all of this...

Hi Brat, I totally understand where you are coming from, my husband has been working on his "project" for at least a couple of years, we have rocks in the front, gravel and various piles of paving stones!!, he is completely redesigning the front yard, it is beginning to take shape, but oh the piles of this and that. The back is a little better, he has finished the rock walls down to the creek and it is really beginning to take shape, but I know all about the piles, having to back the car around them, oh what fun! cannot complain though, it would cost a bunch for a landscaper to do it. :hiding: I shall be having a party when it is finished:party: as I know it will look great, take Cindy, l:kiss: hugs Iris.

I have so much reading to catch up on here but I did notice your absence and was wondering how/what you were doing. I know you are excited to have your house fixed up. I am looking forward to things like that, eventually. Right now I just cant wait to put my dishes in the nice cabinets and fill the pantry with food, and figure out where all the furniture goes. I'm so confused with trying to figure out how to arrange the family room with the fireplace and bookshelves that are built ins, and what to put in the formal living room. Right now those are my major house concerns, that, and hoping that the inspection being done this week wont show major damage.

You take care of yourself, and try not to get too stressed, the mess will be cleaned up soon and you'll have a lovely new yard.

Take care, Love, Sandy

You'll think it's worth all the hassle once it's finished, Cindy.:)

We've did lots of that in our 47 years of marriage and it never gets any easier to contend with while the process is going on.
Now we're downsized and in a small 3 bdrm. ranch with a small yard--typical subdivision set-up. It's crowded when we have company, but otherwise it is really all we need to keep up. Even with a smaller yard even that can become a tiring job in the heat with having to mow & trim weekly. :(
Hugs & blessings to you- Just keep reminding yourself--"This, too, will pass!"
