coffee substitue...yummy

I am not a coffee drinker...but was told this tastes like coffee and is a good substitute for it. It is a Tea from Tastefully Simple called
Oh My Chai.

I like it...and I don't drink coffee.

I just looked up the ingredients in it -it has black tea, cardamom, ginger & cinnamon in it. Last cup of decaf black tea I drank (way back in September!!) put me on the can for hours:( I find the loss of coffee & tea to be the hardest thing about the IC diet for me... Grrr.

Glad it worked out okay for you - I'm jealous! But it's always good to post because if it works for you it will probably work for someone else:)
