Oil of Oregano bad?

I've been taking new supplements for CFS, mostly enzymes, but I added in OIl of Oregano tablets and now I'm in pain. It could be either of the things. Does Oil of Oregano cause flares?

Hi Lisa,

I am not aware that oil of oregano causes flares. Sometimes flares come for other reasons, not just the food that we eat. They can be preceded by stressful events, certain physical activities, sex, etc. Have you sorted these things out also?

Yes, I know after 6 years what things trigger me. I've even been in remission before, until I went on Valcyte 6 months ago. It's just weird that Istarted the oregano and pain two days later. That's what confused me.

I think I've tried it in the past unsucessfully, but I could be confusing it with other things.

I don't think I have ever tried oil of oregano but have eaten plenty of it dried and lots of different fresh oregano varieties that I have grown at home without problem...
Hopefully others will post if they are sensitive to oregano in any form....
