Aisle seat - get up to stretch as often as you can.

Stick on heating pads are great! Just don't wear them through airport security - they do set off the alarms. Yep, set them off in Paris. And that, plus my fifteen bottles of liquid medications for my monthlong trip to Spain, got me LOTS of attention from 6 TSA officials...

Take IC friendly snacks for the plane.

Have a fabulous trip! And tell us all about it when you get back:)

I hope you have the time of your life. Try to relax and not stress over what may happen. That is what I do and pay for it in the long run. Take Kadi's advice for the plane ride and have fun. I want to hear all about your trip when you get back. :):):)

definitely aisle seat and get up and stretch your legs whenever seatbelt light is off. drink plenty of water and if possible take small chair cushion or pillow or soft blanket to sit on. If you use cold therapy take some ziploc bags, preferably the quart size storage or freezer kind because they are less likely to leak, and ask flight attendant to fill them with ice so you can use them on belly, lower back, between legs for burning sensations.
Have great time!!! Wow, what an exotic fun trip...I am sure the excitement of it all will get your mind off any bladder problems....I have not been to Brazil but have traveled extensively in Mexico and central America....many of the public restrooms may charge a few coins to access clean well-stocked restrooms...so make sure you have change in the correct denomination for those RRs that may have pay turnstiles to enter, and carry small packages of kleenex in your purse as places south of our border are not well known for having toilet paper. Well, you are probably asleep now so probably my suggestions are coming too late, but ahhh, I am jealous...;) you will have wonderful time!!!
