Vacationing Calgary!

Hi Everyone!

I am here in Calgary! I made it! Today is our second day. Last night was kind of a write off. I had taken two Ativans and that just made me higher than a kite and actually I think I got a case of vertigo I think, and I fell asleep at 8:30 and was up again at 1:30 am, watche people on the street going home from the clubs.
I had a very good day. We made it to the Calgary Tower! What a view. I was very please with myself. Two years ago I would not have even though of it! We are staying at the hotel tonight cause we are both coming down with head colds and trying fight them off at the pass. Tomorrow we are going out to brunch with an old family friend and then to my uncles for a BBQ. I hope things go well.

You girls are the best!

A little nervous this morning. Going to visit friends and family that I have not seen in many, many, many years! We are going to take a cab. I am not ready for the LRT (light rail system or called the C-Train) Hopefully later this week I will give it a try. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I let you know how my day went either tonight or tomorrow.
