Its been a week of doctor appointments for me this week (my boss is probably thinking does she work anymore??)
Yesterday went to the Uro for followup-usually as a general rule I don't have to make followup appointments unless something is going on, and in this case been having trouble emptying my bladder, so when I saw him for the hydro I mentioned to him, he didn't really ask me how long this has been going on, as he knows probably what the answer is but also that when I get to a point where I can't take it I will say something to him.
We talked about whats going on -- he said that besides the ulcers he was able to only distend my bladder to 130cc-not good.
We discussed what to do for now, first choice was cathing but I'm not to keen on doing that-he's not either due to increase infections which thankfully I haven't had for a while. Or medication -which I decided to do (figured whats one more medication, right?) Started taking Urecholine 25mg twice a day, he said it may work or not, I told him that I have been on this medicine at least a couple of other times and it didn't help. But he wants me to try it again-he said some of the side effects are not very nice and if it doesn't seem to help or they get to much for me to bare than to stop taking this. I am suppose to go back in to see him in about a month. Will keep you posted.
