:confused: I had my Interstim permanent implant done in Nov. 2003. Since then I have had 4 adjustments and basically they all give the same results, some reduce the pain more than others, buy my retention is the same. I have IC and retention. The Medtronics rep told me to go back to the setting they put me on in the operating room as that one was the best for me according to their tests. He said the lead was so long and basically any adjustment would give the same results. Should I insist on trying new adjustments or give up as this rep is telling me to do. Does anyone have experience with adjustments and how many have each of you tried? I feel like I was mislead by the rep when I had the test device on - he said there were MANY adjustments and things they could do when I got the permanent implant. Can anyone help me with this info? Thanks.
