:confused: I had my Interstim permanent implant in Nov. 2003. I am on my 4th adjustment and they all seem to basically work the same - some relieve pain better than others, but the retention is the same on all adjustments. I have IC and retention. The Medtronic rep told me to go back to the first setting and stay with it as it was the best one for me - that they found while doing testing during the implant operation. He said that the lead is only so long and basically all the adjustments would be about the same. Should I insist on trying more adjustments or just give up and quit like this rep is telling me to do? Does anyone have experience as to how many different adjustments there are to try and do some of them differ a lot? Thanks.
