Hi-
I asked my pain MD about dex and he came up with an interesting point you might want to ask if you decided to proceed with this (he kindly did some research).
Amphetamines raise BP, which means they constrict vessels which means they lessen blood flow.
For many of us the tissue surrounding the bladder and pelvic floor is so restrictive that we need MORE no less blood flow.
It was a good conversation, there is some date of course it helps but an interesting sidebar that might be worth asking. In my case we decided not to as I have major restrictive issues.
