I know when I am down, I try to look for all the Positives with this disease and some days it is very hard..The biggest thing I always say to myself is it could be worse.. I think that is what gets me by most days, even when I am in a big flare.
But I also love to read inspirational quotes..SO here are a few that I really liked.. I know we have shared some before.. But I thought maybe we could bring some back..

Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

"Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will."

"Keep on going, and the chances are that you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I never heard of anyone ever stumbling on something sitting down."

My kids got me a stone plaque that reads, "Now I've got it all together, I forgot where I put it." I also like "A cluttered desk is a sign of genius."

:) Warm hugs from a "genius"

1."There is two sides to every story"

Many years ago, my co-workers gave me a plaque that says:
"a clean desk is a sign of a sick mind!" and you know, that even though I don't have this anymore, I keep that in mind. You should see my desk during the day. I think its clean just before I leave the office at night....
