:bonk:My list of ailments seems to be growing. Arrrrrggg. My Gyn has me on Cyclomen for 3 months. If I don't have any relief he is talking about an abalation of my uterus??? My psych thinks I am still just suffering from work related burnout. I wish they would just understand IC or chronic illnesses more. Maybe it is my lack of communication skills. I find that when I get to the doctors appointments I clam up. They ask me if I have any questions and I am dumbfounded.

Just PLEASE be careful with any decisions you make concerning endo.. Because I have it and have opted NOT to do anything with it because SOME procedures could possibly cause more problems with your IC..It could never hurt to get second opinions.. And TRY to talk at your appts this is very important. This is your body!! And sometimes the Drs do not know what is best for it.. You have to tell them what is going on with you..
They are going to do what THEY think is right, BUT this might not be what is right for you. So please do your homework on any procedure and on your next appt come prepared to ask questions.. Good luck!

I always take a list of questions/ideas with me when I have an appointment with doctors. That way I don't forget anything. :)

Here here to Sharon
Write everything down before going to Dr.
Symptoms then, ?, then meds and refills
Even number them to help keep you on track, if you get side tracked go back to the next number.
This can be done in point form to jog your memory. I often write it out in long and my Dr. often asks me if he can keep them, so it dosen't hurt to keep a copy yourself.
