Just wondering if anyone drinks this? I use to drink this, but since IC I have stopped, as I was a bit scared to flare. Does anyone on the boards drink this powder? It is very healthy and a wonderful way to incorporated greens into your diet.

So just curious?

Thanks.

red beat powders
spirulina
apple fibre powder
japanese chlorella (cracked cell)
organic soy sprout powder
organic whole brown rice powder
stevia leaf powder
eight non dairy bacterial cultures containing lactoacilli and bifidobacteria
bee pollen powder
licorice root extract
acerola berry extract
siberian ginseng extract

organic atlantic dulse powder
ginkgo biloba extract
japanese green tea

european bilberry extract
grape extract

Keep in mind top of the list has more per mg... for example, 1543 mg (barley)and as we go down the list the measurement lessens all the way to 5 mg (grape extract)

You see my naturalpath was wanting me to go back on it.....she said it is very alkaline and good for my diet (no acidity)......

BUT looking at some ingredients...i am not so sure....but at the same time, the ingredients only have a small percentage of the container....

Not sure....

Thanks

Hi Blue,
I have no idea! I generally do not use products like this because if I flared from it, I'd never be able to figure out which ingredient caused the flare, but I'm very diet sensitive, have a long list of allergies, & so am extremely cautious.

Maybe someone who's tried it will come along & answer...

THanks Kadi...yeah, I know the list is overwhelming...and I think that is why i am hesitant to place a spoonful in my smoothie. I will....but sheesh...when you are feeling good you hate to ruin a good thing....

I may try a small 1/4 of a tsp and go this route...to see...

Thank you.
Peace

I tried this for the first time a month ago. I had no issues from it. Having said that, I'm not too terribly diet sensitive either. The reason I tried it is because I used to drink Dr Oz's "green drink" and stopped due to not particularly caring for it.

Hope it works out for you!

Oh, great, thanks Diana! this is good to know! I am a little more anxious and excited to bring it back into my diet again. I use to have it all the time, and I miss it. So I will start small and give it a go. :smile tee THanks!
