Going on a vacation

I am going on a vacation this Friday, April 2nd. Feeling a little bit nervous cause of the IC thing. But on a good note, I have been having a great week with the old bladder! I must be tired and stinkin' thinkin as my friend would say. I am going to Calgary from Yellowknife. Yellowknife pop. 18,000 people. Calgary, pop. about 900,000 people! Just gotta think about the positive. Shopping, mountains, shopping, shopping, hey did I mention the shopping? Family, friends that I have not seen for many years!
Fun, shopping! Okay, so I want to go shopping somewhere other that Yellowknife! Blah! I think I am just having the Monday blues.

Can someone pray that I have safe, fun trip that is not bothered by IC? Is that too much to ask? That I have a great time and not be bothered by my IC?

Thank you for all the support! Having a bad day today. Not my usual bubbly self. Work was weird today, but I made it through.
This morning I turned down the thermostat because the weather finally made it above 0 degrees celcius today (yeah!) and then this evening when I went to turn it up, the furnace would not turn on! Well, bf starts ranting and raving first, before trying to figure out what is wrong. He went to "sleep" on it. Then figure it out. I called his dad, cause he used to live here and asked him what I should do. He told me, I tried it. I could not find anything.
Dad told me to have his son call him. I told bf to call his dad. Bf gets upset that I called dad. I just can't win today................................................................. ...............................................................UPDATE. .......talked with bf and he apologized for being such a jerk.
