hi everyone - i'll post this in a couple different places, so sorry if it's a repeat for you. :) my husband and i have been talking about another baby, i'm pretty ready, he's not quite. i'm on lots of meds and even though i'm scared i want to cut them out before we try to make a baby :) there were some questions i had and something i'm hoping to get some information on. thank you all for your responses.
i thought the elmiron was starting to work so last week i cut out one cystoproteck. by the next day i was in my worst flare yet. i didn't think it was helping so i didn't think cutting it out would matter. yesterday, i quit taking the cystoproteck all together. today is still a flare but not as bad as it's been. would it quit working that fast or is this just a coincidence?
with how i'm feeling, i'm discouraged that the elmiron isn't working. could those of you that have had success with it, tell me how long it took. i know they say 3m to a yr, but there's a big difference there and it would just be encouraging to hear it might still get better if i hand in there!
lastly, and quick because i know this is long, the nurse at my ob's office said that i need to have 3 nuvaring free cycles before trying to get pregnant. that seems like a lot to me, and from stuff i've read on line 1 cycle seems more like the norm. anyone have experience or knowledge they can pass along?
