I have a colonoscopy on Jan.15. Will the ic pain get worst after. Has anyone had a colonoscopy, I'm scared a bit. I've been feeling sick and in pain even with pain pills. Just wondering what to expect after the appointment. :help:
Any food that has helped with fiber intake that is ic friendly.

I had some general abdominal soreness for a few days after my colonoscopy, though no bladder pain.
Make sure you stay hydrated as the prep is a doozy!

I have had a colonoscopy since being diagnosed. Ok. I don't recall my IC being any worse then. Actually, the colonoscopy was a few years ago.(or more) Yep! I just hated having to drink that stuff before hand. Yes! You will be in the bathroom even more. (as if we are not in bathrooms enough) I was sweating it, but my holding room, while waiting on the doctor, was right across the hall from a bathroom.(which I definitely used) Ok, then. We are not all the same ,though. That will be all.

no bladder pain after mine either. didn't drink enough water until my cutoff point, and ended up severely dehydrated. please drink water. it will help when they put the iv drip in. and you'll get to go home sooner too.
