Reaction Time

I am sure this question is already posted somewhere, but I am not sure where.

I am curious as to the average time it takes to react to a bad food. I am having a hard time figuring this out. I realize everyone is different, but would appreciate hearing what some people are experiencing. Thanks :)

It does vary from person to person, for me it can be anywhere from 30 minutes to the next day.

Most times for me it is a few hours to a day. :)

Tea, coffee or any 'no no' liquid - minutes. I drink water only. Food - hours to the next day.
I haven't figured out all the trigger foods yet, so I stick to the IC diet. :confused: Tilly

Mine was like clock work, 3 1/2 hours! It made it easy to figure out my triggers.

Mine varies from hours to 2 days. For me liquids also cause a flare faster than foods.

Food/drinks- Around 2-4hrs. By the end of the night for sure. I get reactions from soaps too and that will set off my frequency within minutes.

Food for me is anywhere from four to 24 hours. Drink usually an hour or two. Soap, etc. is immediate.
