Not feeling so good

Grrrrrr, Not feeling so good, My head is dizzy and having alittle chest pain, I've had dizzy spells and chest pains all my life, They come and go sometimes, Sometimes it goes into remission and then a few months later it comes back. It makes me feel so weak when I'm dizzy - feels like a merry go round, I need to go ly down. When I wa a kid I had a trate of sickle cell anemia, I wonder if I stll have the affects of it.

Do you know the cause of your chest pains??? For me I found out mine were rapid heart beat......and slight dehydration would activate both the rapid heart beat and my very often dizziness. Just a thought of what may help you.
