Has anyone's vulvar pain been helped by Topomax (or did it help your IC)? My doctor was going to have me try it b/c Lyrica didn't help and just made me tired. I took topomax two different evenings and it made me pretty nauseated. I just couldn't deal with it right now. I tend to have side effects with meds. and they tend to not get better with time. Just wondering others' experiences. Thanks!
