Does anyone know of a good fiber supplement that doesn't contain ascorbic acid or other bladder unfriendly ingredients? I've had to stop taking mine, but I tend to get constipated if don't take one.

Thanks so much!

FiberSure--it contains inulin (a vegetable fiber) & no colorants or preservatives.
You can mix it in a beverage, baked goods, hot cereal.
I buy it at Walgreens & it's not too expensive as it comes in a very big container that lasts a long time.
I've had no problems with it:)

Fiber Perfect by Jarrow. I take up to 5 tables a day (at once).
It has many ingredients though....

Helloooo!!!!! Heathers Tummy Care Acacia Fiber for IBS!!! Works like a charm. Click on IBS products on the store links to the left. I use a teaspoon a day, dissolves entirely in water... and keeps things soft, flowing and comfortable without gas and cramping!

One question:

Jill, does the fiber supplement you recommend taste like anything? Does it thicken the water? I'm interested in trying it because inulin tends to give me gas (so I take it at night), but I don't want to buy yet another fiber supplement that I throw away because I can't deal with the taste or consistency.

Thanks again!
