Hi and welcome:hi:
Sorry for your dx. But you have come to the right place. You will find many people with stories similar to yours. There are many here who have endo in addition to IC.
Yes, the diet as hard at first, but it should get easier as you learn what your food triggers are and then you will find that your diet is really not as restricted as it seems to be at first glance.
Make sure you are drinking lots of water!
Glad you found us, Bri:)

Just post your symptoms and what you need help with and I and I'm sure many of the other members here will be more than happy to help you in whatever way we can. Also if you care to share what meds you are taking or have taken, and whether or not they were helpful for you can help us give you better advice.:)

Hi Donna thanks for helping me finally register. Your were great help. For me the last 3 years have been difficult. From oct 2006 till July 2008 I left my house for dr visits and grocery shopping. I was in too much pain. Had a week stay in hospital, changed dr while in hospital they discovered I was uninating 50 to 60 times a day.Finding out I had ic made me feel finally, someone believed my pain was real.Leg pain went away once bladder meds and pain meds kicked in. I am scared because now comes another test(colonoscopy) we are adding that to my growing list of surgeries and tests. I wonder if it will be good or bad news. I need to know either way.Seeing your story helps me because maybe I'll get there .More living life less dr visits. Thanks for being here.
