I was wondering if anyone has any IC friendly/low-oxalte friendly snack ideas. I currently eat string cheese and cottage cheese most of the time, but would love something that isn't cheese every so often. I used to eat a handful of almonds....but then when I realized I had to also stick with the low-oxalate diet, almonds were not an option anymore. I find if a snack is IC friendly....it seems to be high in oxalates. Help!
