Just Bought Tickets to the Eagles Concert! Excited!!

I am so excited! I love the Eagles.. I just purchased two tickets for me and hubby.. He was wanting to go really bad.. But I told him we could not afford them because of Christmas coming up. But I was able to scrape up enough money for them hehehe.. His Bday is coming up Dec 15th so I will give them to him then.. The Concert is in Jan.. He will be quite surprised!! I can't wait!!

This is going to be one hard secret to keep!!

No fair! I LOVE their music! My mom was the cool mom who always played music really loud when I was growing up. It was anything from The Eagles, ACDC, Steve Mlller Band, to Patsy Cline and Vince Gill. I am very jealous of you and your husband:smile tee

Kim, when I reserved the tickets I said I need seats on a 1st row!! The guy said well we do not reserve them that way it is done by cost.. I said LOOK.. And I went into detail about how I needed to be able to get to a bathroom..I guess he felt sorry for me and said ok this is what I can do..He got us seat that on on the 2nd story 1st row..They were not the cheapest but not the real expensive ones either..And he said they were pretty close to the bathroom..So I got lucky on that..So hopefully this will be a good IC Day.. This will be in Jan..I grew up listening also to the oldies..But I like the new music also.. Just the Eagles play my favorite song Desperado....

I've seen them twice and I've seen both Don Henley and Glenn Frey solo. You will love it!! I love the Eagles, I grew up on them, too. They are great in concert.

That is going to be so much fun. I wish I could say that I grew up listening to the Eagles, but alas I did not. I was already grown and had a child when Desperado came out. I played the album constantly...Yes "album"...as in record player (stereo). I guess I was also one of those "cool moms". :lmao:

I would love to see the Eagles in concert. They are one of those incredibly talented groups of people that rarely get together to become one band. You guys are going to have a great time!

It's okay Sharon, -I still have some albums! Though I did throw away all of my 8-tracks.
