Hello,
I recently posted that I no longer had IC symptoms--and OF COURSE, just recently, they've come back (but in a new form). Originally, I had a "kicking sensation" in the bladder--that's gone (probably due to birth control--I also likely have endo). I thought the birth control was all I needed.
But two weeks ago now I went off Atarax (hydroxyzine) for a week. Then I started having incredible skin itching, so I went back on it. A week after that (after I went back on), my bladder has started itching/tingling, especially when I wear tight pants (like right now).
Can someone please tell me that this is just from me going off Atarax (I hope), and not an unrelated flare? But if so, why isn't the Atarax helping the tingling? Does it take a while to build back up, even after a short break?
