Pudendal Nerve Entrapment

I know I have IC but keep having a LOT of lower back pain. I am wondering if I also have Pudendal Nerve Entrapment??? How does one tell the difference?? Or is there a difference?? I would love to have responses to this.

I have had IC for over a year now and I have never had any back pain associated with it. Good luck, I hope you find more info on this.

Thank you Rose, for the reply. I am really afraid I do have the nerve entrapment. There is a group of doctors in Houston (closest) that treat/operate for this. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get anything done.
