Ok Ladies and Gentleman,

I've taken the photos and now I will explain...........There are a few spelling errors in the slideshow but I am in too much pain to fix them now. It's taken me over two hours to put this together...........

If you are someone who benefits from putting ice inbtween your legs for pain relief this is for you. Just make sure your Doctor is OK with it first. I don't want anyone to get hurt.

The BEST WAY I've found in 10 years for ice packs is the following......I hope that some of you can get some use out of them and be as happy with them as I am. What I do is, I take my pain meds first and then put one of these between my legs and then rest. They last anywhere between 4-6 hours. I cover myself with a blanket if I am visiting a friend.

Here is the Video, just click over the picture and it will send you there.....

Love and Hugs to you all!

Kara--I couldnt get the link that you posted to work. It would only direct me to the Photobucket homepage. However I went directly to your page and found the video. Neat idea! Did you come up with this on your own?

Here's a repost of the link--see if this works....

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is such a great idea. I went out and got some diapers and tried this. It works great! I was having trouble coming up with an ice pack that would stay where I needed it. These work great. I have shared this with all my IC friends. Thanks again for sharing this fantastic idea.
:woohoo:

I forgot to put in the video that I am now taking a box full of black knee high stockings and stuffing the pack into it and tying it off at the end. I bought them at my grocery store for like 5 dollars for a box of 10 pairs. We by two packs of diapers a week, and two packs of ice per week. I just make them ahead of time so I can just grab one really fast.

The purpose of putting the ice pack in the nylon stocking is to keep yeast infections away if the diaper/pack leaks.

They look funny but they work!!!!!! I can't live without them.

Glad I coud help someone!:hi:
