Just thought I'd share this I had it last night. It is actually a recipe from before IC but it works.
PARMESAN CHICKEN PASTA
8 oz. pasta uncooked
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli flowerets or 3 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. 3 chicken breasts with skin and bone
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, margarin or olive oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Prepare pasta as directed on package in large saucepot, adding vegetables to pasta cooking water during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain
Boil chicken breasts and shred up meat; in frying pan stir garlic and chicken meat in butter on medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is tender but not brown and chicken is thoroughly heated
Add pasta and vegetables; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
