Halloween

Halloween is in a few day, I'm sure most of you wont be eating candy however you may be dressing up. Or at least your kids will be! I thought it'd be a cute idea to post what everyone's doing for Halloween or what they're dressing up as.
I plan on being a sexy Nascar Driver. i bought my costume online, Its a romper, (short shorts) and zips up.. got checkered sleeves and a cute belt. I bought stockings for underneath and knee high boots. And fire engine red lipstick hahaha... im 22 so im going out with my friends to the bar in town, its like a huge festival in town. We love halloween!!!

I don't dress up-- kids are too old for it as well. I know that the Church is going to have something and if I get there in time I might go. Here at the office, we are going to have a staff meeting and then afterwards will have a get-together; they will be food ,Curving pumpkin contest; and more food; I think there will be a few of the co-workers will dress up-but since we work with the "big-wigs" we have to be careful.

my son will be tigger, and my daughter will be a witch, hopefully they both will be well nd can go. as for me I will be the basic house wife again this year :biglaugh:

I am dressing up as Medusa for the costume contest at work. Then I will pass out candy in the evening at home. The following day, I get to dress up again for my nephew's 8th birthday party, a costume party.

I won't get to eat any of the candy, but I don't care. I just love dressing up.

My daughter did not want to trick or treat this year, therefore, she has no costume. She's going camping with her father.

My husband and I don't dress up and my oldest (14) won't be dressing up this year either. One of my daughters is going as a cheerleader and the other as Princess Aurora and my little guy is going as a giraffe. We go to my sister in laws house, eat dinner, then the dads take the kids out while the moms stay at the house and pass out candy and talk about Christmas gifts.

You're never too old to dress up! It's my baby's 1st Halloween and he, my husband and I are going to be pirates! I got his costume one E-Bay for $10 including shipping. I wouldn't have spent anymore than that. It can be so costly!! All I have for mine is a pirate shirt I found at a thrift store, a black bandana for my hair, a beautiful red and grey scarf that I borrowed from my sister and some reddish capri pants that are too big. I don't think any of it goes. I usually like being something cute, but I'm broke. I guess I'll make it work somehow. Hope you all have fun!
I'm going to a party. I'm going to make a yellow cake and decorate with white frosting and Halloween peeps.

Wow sounds like you all are going to have a good time. We are going to just sit around and give out candy, I think my oldest son is going to dress up and scare a few kids in a nice way. Hehee

I'm thinking of dressing up as a bullfighter, carrying a cape, and putting some bull horns on my little black.white pitbull mix. He's cute as a button and has great character, so I think we can pull it off. NTW, he loves kids and other dogs, despite his pit bull roots, lol. And he doesn't/ can't bite...I rescued him from a shelter earlier this year and he's got some miles on him and very few teeth, but no worse for wear. He's quite the ham...we'll probably just sit on the porch and give out candy since I don't have kids. My other dog's name is the Bug, so will have to find some antennae and wings for her. The cat I'm sure will be in hiding.:)

Tomorrow is my birthday and my hubby is taking me to the Trans Allegheny Lunatic Asylum Hospital of Horrors Tour. It is Weston hospital about an hour from my house. It was a mental hospital, leading in labotomies and shock therapy in its day. It has been closed for a while and they give tours during Halloween season. Friday is the classroom party for Katie, coming to realize the party is gonna be difficult due to new nutritional guidelines we have to follow. NO CANDY AT SCHOOL.Enjoy your veggie bags kiddos!!! lol. Then Friday night my MIL will come to our house to hand out candy as Adam and I take Katie around. She is so frickin adorable. I'll post pics after.
