Is it easier to urinate after you have one fixed or repaired?

I don't know if my difficult urination, (slow stream, and incomplete emptying) is due to the cystocele, or to spasms in urethra?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience or guesses.

In my case, having my pelvic floor repaired so my bladder is where it belongs did make it much easier to urinate.
