I made pear juice icy poles

i just made pear juice icy poles. i bought the moulds for the icy poles poured in the pear juice, you can dilute with some water if you like. they are the best when you want something to cool you down in summer, sometimes i get sick of vanilla ice cream, at least the icy poles are much lower in fat and sugar too!! i am going to try them with blueberry juice next time.

oops forgot to mention you need to pop them in the freezer!!!

I am assuming that what you call icy poles are what we call popsicles. I think this is a wonderful idea. We are able to buy popsicles molds. I remember freezing orange juice in them when I was a kid. :):):)

yes you call them popsicles. here in australia we call them icy poles
