it indicates it only works in the digestive system I wonder if anyone has had a problem with it, my urgency is worse not sure if it's the allie .I will have to stay off it a few days and see.

I've been afraid to try it because of the fat restrictions and the potential for diarrhea if you do eat fats.

I took the r/x version when it first came out, but I only lasted about a week on it b/c of the side effects. When they say that it can cause strong intestinal cramping and an urgent need to go to the bathroom, they arent kidding! This is gross, but the worst part was I would think I needed to pass gas, but then it wasnt gas at all....it was this orange looking grease! EWW! You know how when you make vegtable beef soup and refrigerate it and all the grease comes to the top? Well, that's what it looked like except liquifyed! Talk about disgusting! But, it DID work! However, if anyone decides to try it, make sure you do a trial on a weekend or a day you are going to be home all day. Because, when that urge hits, there is no holding it! Sorry if that was TMI!
